Free postage for UK only just had a quick look it's about £16-£20 via Parcelforce tracked insured.

Tried it works fine on st not ste not sure how you work it fully tbh £45 now £35 free postage tracked paypal f&f preferred but dont mind if you want to pay the fees either.
