    No heatsink or fan. I typically only ran it at 50mhz - 75mhz with no issues.

    Hi, yes it has WB 3.1 disks built into the onboard flash memory so you can install WB3.1 to your CF card directly. Not sure what you mean by the network stack though. That's not a standard feature it ships with as far as I'm aware.
