Solved - CF hard drive setup - not appearing in WB

Hi, After following a few tutorials, including one on here, I still can't get the partitions to appear on WINUAEs Workbench. I think I've done it all correctly, Diskpart, WinUAE as Admin, PFS3AIO, MaxTransfer set, HDD set to IDE(auto) etc. The card worked when I removed it, I just wanted a...

    Have I bought a bad A1200

I haven't tried a new CF card. I have the old mechanical HDD I can try. Yes, booting from FDD and test is ok. Max transfer is 0x1fe00. Is it worth me downloading an anti-virus?

I didn't realise it needed such a long test, but no problem, I'll run it again with no ram card, hard disk or compact flash for at least 24 hours. Thanks again.

    Have I bought a bad A1200

I've just looked and it says it's an A500 power supply, I've no way to check the voltages, I'll have to borrow a multimeter. There's an 8MB expansion card from AmiKit and a PCMCIA CF card.
