Sure, I have attached a zipped Word Document of the bill of materials. This is for the entire kit, the Accelerator only parts will come with the kit.

What RAM chips are needed? (as in the par number)

I have attached the Digikey Part Numbers and costs for the 1MB option for this kit. I hope this is of use for those who are interested.
