I have a 1541Ultimate I cartridge for sale.

This is the ultimate cartridge for the Commodore 64:

• Full emulation of a real Commodore 1541 diskdrive.
• SD storage device
• FAT/FAT32 support, with sub-directories and long filenames
• Battery backed up Real Time Clock
• C64 cartridge emulation:
• Commodore 1750/1764 REU (16MB RAM)

The card is in very good shape and comes with spacers mounted on the card for proper seating in the cart port.

No, not at all. The Ultimate II is a great cartridge. I have my Ultimate I configured exactly how I like it and it is easier for me to work with sometimes. The Ultimate II is just a little different.
