Closed 16/32mb 72 pin memory simm 50ns - cheap!

Hello,

i am looking for a simm of 16mb or 32mb with 50ns memory ic.
It is an experiment, if an Amiga 3000D with a zip2simm adapter, this memory and the tool 'setRamsey' give a better result in speed (about 1-2%), measured with the program SysInfo.
