I have 32 1Mx1 100ns Fast Page DRAM chips pulled from a working SupraRAM card. With the 2091's 2M and the Picasso II's 2M of RAM, can only use 4M on the SupraRAM 2000 card. Was working just fine when pulled.
12 marked "D000031BDC" manufactured by Dream (according to web search.) These could be faster than 100ns, but I'm fairly sure they aren't slower.
10 marked "HY51C1000LS-10" manufactured by SK Hynix
9 marked "TC511001AP-10" manufactured by Toshiba &
1 marked "HYB511000A-10" manufactured by Siemens

I had put them back into the SupraRAM card I took them from in the first place (Card went into another system that didn't have a Picasso II or A2091.) Will still sell Mr. Turner the ones he wants, but am closing this sale after.
