i remember a tool (software) to overclock some Amiga RTG Graphic card, on Picasso96 and CyberGFX, or to change a parameter on the icon placed on "sys:devs/monitors".
Exchange the crystal oscillator is trivial and not so intuitive like on a cpu card.

Pretty much the same as a Voodoo card: simply edit the tool types and Bob's your uncle.

i have understand your first reply: we have in mind two different point of view!
Your reply is right, but the question was if it is possible to take advantage from the better performance of this memory chips.

That's what I was trying to correct in my last post (obviously unsuccessfully ). The answer to your question is then yes. Yes, it's possible to take advantage of their better performance by increasing the base frequency on the video card, but you'll still be limited by other parts, so you might not bring them to their limit if some other part can't go that high.

just to exchange the memory ICs of your Cybervision64 with faster ICs (all eight memory modules) and then make fine tuning with the software (the variable to set is MEMCLOCK).

Hello,

this part are correct for your Cybervision64, but pay attention at the max speed of this IC. I sell a 50ns memory IC: if you mix it with the 70ns memory IC of your Cybervision64, you dont have an increase of performance of your card. Only more memory for bigger video resolutions.
If it is OK, i will sell to you 4 parts.

But if you put eight of this parts on your card, you can increase the performance of your card.
