Closed 1Mx4 DRAM 20-Dip (8 pcs)

Hello everyone, i am looking for 8 pieces of 1Mx4 20-DIP DRAM for my Supradrive 500 XP.

At the Moment i am using 4 x KM44C1000AP-8 and 4x TC514400AP-80.

So are you looking for 8x KM44C1000AP-8 or 8x TC514400AP-80? Or 4x of one of these to make them all the same? It's a bit confusing, because you say you are looking for something and then say you already have them in the second sentence.

@Bryce : Sorry, haven´t seen your reply till now.

At the moment i got 4 MB in my Supradrive and need additional 4 MB´s to reach the full capacity, means i need 8 pieces of 1Mx4 DRAM.


My actual setup are 4 x KM44C1000AP-8 and 4x TC514400AP-80.

Perfect would be another bunch of 4 x KM44C1000AP-8 and 4x TC514400AP-80.

If i get 8 pieces of either these i will have to see if it runs smoothly or not.
