Closed 2.5" or 3.5" IDE hard drive

Hello. I am looking for either a 3.5" 40 PIN IDE drive or 44 pin 2.5 inch IDE drive. Ideal capacity 250GB upwards up to around 500GB. Would obviously like it to be clean of bad sectors
