For sale are replacement chips for Chip RAM in Amiga 1200 Rev 2B and A4000 DCr and A4000T. (including Alice board) only motherboards SHORT chips (28 pins). Some long chips sets are also available (for 1D and Re1200) but not many. Increasingly hard to find genuine chips, lot's of Chinese fakes floating around. The long chips are possibly also suitable for A600 but I have not tested this - please do your own investigation.
Samsung chips, 4 x pcs for one set for a total of 2 MB. Available in multiples of 4 chips.
This chip is better quality then the originals, Samsung 60ns chips, runs very cool. Please note that you'll need proper equipment and skills to change these - I also offer the soldering service for this here.
