I have a faulty 2b board with green screen (recapped)... I'm think that is chip ram faulty, and over some other test to do, I will order you a set...
but a question...do you think that the 2B board have space to fit socket for this ram?

Nope, you can at most socket 2 of them (alternating socketed and non-socketed chips) as the space is too tight.
