i'm looking for 2MB ChipRam Modules for the A4000D.

One or two modules would be fine (i have two A4000D's)

Some 8mb double sided Simms work as chip ram, I might have one I can send you free of charge

Currently i use an 8MB Module, but it seems it causes a lot of problems with my system.

because of that i'm searching for a 2MB module.

If i did not find any, i would be happy if you can send me your 8mb module - maybe my module is defective..?

I might order some brand new 2MB FPM SIMMs from an US-American semiconductor manufacturer, if a few more people would be interested because the shipping costs are $50 and you need to take at least 10 (edit: 50) of them...

I have now realized that SIMM you bought is for your A4000. I hope it works

Yours arrived a couple of days ago - it works, but it was not exactly what I was looking for - it's EDO RAM with parity

Anyway, Amigakit did not reply, so I went ahead and bought 50 new ones.
They will be 72pin, 60ns, no parity, double sided FPM RAM (2 chips each side)

I will put them up for sale here as soon as they arrive, as I actually only needed 1, but you can't order them unless you take at least 50...
