Hello all,

I have managed to find a web link on how to mount 4 chips of 1Mb on a rev 8 mb (2MB chipram), but unfortunately, I lost it...
This link provides a easy way to do it, only by changing jumpers, without the need of adding anything else (diode, multiplexer, resistor...). Almost like a rev 6.

Does anybody here could tell me how to do that ? Soj ram are already in place, just need exact position of the jumpers.

Thank you.

Thanks but it's not what I'm looking for. I don't need demultiplexer because I'm using 1M X 4 ram chips.

Hi!
Maybe this thread may help You?
Best Regards
Chris

Yep ! This is what I've done and it works great ! But another thread somewhere in the net shows another easier way to do it on a Rev8, almost as easy as on rev6.

Are You sure it is possible to do it without diodes ? I think You will need a demux then but maybe Im wrong...
Lotharek is selling something like this but there are those 1N4148 with resistors.

There is also a installing manual with many photos in pdf when You click on "Files" section
Best Regards
Chris

Yep, I saw that but I've forgotten to put it in my favorites... If I manage to find it again, I'll forward the link.
It's very easy on rev6 with a good agnus, if I get time enough, I will have a look at the schematics.
