I have a couple of faulty Atari Jaguar's here that I'm clearing out now I have a nice shiny working one.
I'm just trying to recover some of the money I spent on the new parts like the Scart lead & PSU...
This lot includes 2x Atari Jaguars, both are faulty. The unit on the right is visually immaculate externally and complete inside however has a burned chip (sorry I don't have the time to open it again) I put power through it once and it gave me magic smoke, I was using a Sega PSU, maybe this is why?
The Jag on the left was gifted to me, sadly it doesn't work very well. Mostly it will just give a red screen of death but on the rare occasion I can get it to boot it will have graphical glitches and crash after a few seconds, the carts and slot were of course cleaned with IPA. There is a switch on the case but this is not connected to the motherboard, it was a 50/60hz mod that I removed to see if this would solve the issues.
I'm hoping the buyer can make a working unit from the two but I can't offer any guarantees, both are for spare parts only.
There is a Pad included, this is also faulty, the D-Pad 'Up' does not work, maybe an easy fix?
The PSU & Scart lead were both bought brand new from eBay, of course the PSU is old stock but was not used until now so it's not 'really' new
The box and inserts are pretty tatty, it will be secondary boxed for transportation. There are no Games included.
I'm asking £35+ P&P for the lot. I will not accept returns on this item.
