I have for sale two more tested and working TEAC FD-55GFR floppy disk drives as well as a Mitsumi D509V3. One Teac drive is beige, the other is light grey.
The grey drive worked straight out of the box, the other two needed a bit persuading. The Mitsumi drive needs some more cleaning - it's dusty inside and will require partial disassembly to get at all the dust (see photo without top cover). I removed the top cover and blew out most of the dust with a portable compressor and also dusted it with a soft brush. Cleaned the r/w head with a cotton swab and alcohol and the drive read the boot disk no problem.
To conclude, was able to boot into DOS using all three drives on an old 386 system.
Asking 40€ per TEAC drive and 35€ for the Mitsumi one on the account of it still being somewhat dusty.
EDIT: all three drives now sold.
