Closed 3dfx Voodoo 3 2000 AGP for repair

I have this Voodoo 3 2000 AGP that looks good, drivers install fine and the card appears to be working at first glance. Cosmetically it's in good condition, no obvious faults or defects.

There are no artifacts in 3DMark2000 but the PC will hang at random. Usually first 4-5 benchmarks work fine. I was also not able to run Ignition with 3dfx patch.
