Hi there!
I have 4 PC Floppy Disk Drives I did convert in order to use on any Amiga 500 or 500 Plus
As visible in the pictures two of them are Samsung SFD-321B one is a Sony MPF 920 and another one is a Teac FD-235HF. All of them come with a 3D printed beige eject button.
I had to adapt the buttons for the Sony and the Teac drive because I had available the eject buttons for a different model. Even if adapted, they are pretty sturdy, though, and do their job.
The Floppy Disk Drives have been modified following the well known guides you can find on the Internet, the activity LED has been removed and the metal top plate has been shortened for easier mounting in the Amiga case. In order to mount the Floppy Disk Drive inside your Amiga 500 / 500 Plus you will need the original screws and the hexagonal spacers/supports as well.
All Floppy Disk Drives have been thoroughly tested not only with amigatestkit and x-copy but also with the "most difficult to load" games (like Battle Squadron, Necronom, Last battle, kid Chaos and Xenon 2) and demos (like Enigma, Arte, Exile and State of the Art) I'm aware of. As you can see from the results of my tests, they were able to read perfectly almost all the above mentioned games.
Keep in mind that, despite someone states the opposite, after having done many tests with several PC Floppy Disk Drives of different make and model, with good knowledge I can say that a PC converted Floppy Disk Drive will never work exactly like an original Amiga Floppy Disk Drive.
These drives will work fine with the vast majority of games but there are games particularly "picky" that need a precise ready signal (except for the Samsung SFD-321B the ready signal on PC Floppy Disk Drives is missing and you have to "fake" it) or do require "difficult jumps" from a track to another or do need an exact rotation speed, etc... that only an original Amiga Floppy Disk Drive can have/do.
Here the pictures:

The request is 20 euros for each Samsung Floppy Disk Drive and 18 euros either for the Sony or the Teac Floppy Disk Drive. If you buy all of them the request is 60 euros (just 15 euros for each Floppy Disk Drive).
Shipping to Italy should be about 10 euros and shipping within Europe should be about 20 euros but I'll be able to give you the actual quote once I have your shipping address so if you are interested, please, give me your city and Zip Code when you contact me by PM.
Shipping is always tracked and signed for.
Payment by paypal as gift, revolut or by Bank Transfer (IBAN)
Items for sale elsewhere as well. Feel free to ask any questions and thanks for reading.
