Closed 68040 processor

Hello. I'm looking for a full 68040 processor with FPU and MMU.
Preferably 33 or 40MHZ rated if possible.

Edit: I've been informed that I'm probably not going to find a genuine 40mhz 68040. I wasn't aware of their rarity.
Adjusting my hopes for a MC68040 25mhz. I'd rather have a MC over XC as this is going to be used in a desktop A1200 and the XC's can run hotter.
Please let me know if anyone has one of these they would part with.
