Bought from bator some time ago.



It was attached to a FAN with some thermal paste and super glue. I've only cleaned paste but didn't touch frozen super glue.
I will send the fan as well you can re-attach applying some paste and superglue again.

CPU is (full FPU and MMU) 68060 Rev5 with fan. Mask is 01G65V
