Wanted 8 DIP20 dram chips for Amiga 3000

I am looking for 8 DIP20 dram chips to expand my amiga 3000 chip ram to 2MB
I am not sure exactly what kind of chips I need, the ones soldered on the MB are Toshiba TC514258AP-80
