Sold A1000 memory expansion for cpu socket

I only know half what I am selling I think.

Here's what I know:

- Pulled it from an A1000 CPU socket. I guess that the only way to add ram in an A1000 if you don't use the side slot.
- It looks a bit DIY.... but it's from the German manufacturer RossMoller.
- No idea if it works
- If I recall the extra ram didn't show up in WB so maybe it needs an install disk with some addram proggie ?
- Or is an A500 upgrade that is hacked for the A1000 ? But why would they make one for the A500 that fits the cpu slot ?

Anyway,

By the looks of it, I'd say the boards is not autoconfig. Software configuration is needed, I think

Found the manual. It's not an autoconfig, but requires software to boot. Not compatible with other RAM on Side Car slot without modifications to the hardware of this board, as the memory area occupied is the same.

Still interested. Will use it for the A1000 I got from Hans-Georg Berg (X-Copy author).
