Hi!

Having recently acquired another Magic in 'as new' condition I have decided to let this one go.

This Magic pack is fully boxed and complete, the Keyboard on the A1200 has been replaced with new as there was some yellowing on the keys when I got it. The A1200 was also stripped and fully tested, everything works as expected and it even plays nice with the new ACA cards.

I've fitted a 4gb CF HDD which will come installed with your choice of Classic Workbench (original OS Disks included of course)

The ACA card is not included in the sale.

The A1200 is fitted with 3.1 Roms and comes with mouse, PSU and RF lead. All books/OS Disks and software pack included in nice plastic cases.

Outer carton has some wear on the edges and slightly caved in at the top, very slightly but mentioned only for the perfectionists, really it's all in top shape

No damage or missing parts from the A1200, the case probably isn't perfect white but looks fantastic. There is some slight discoloration to PSU & mouse.

All serial numbers match, if you would like the original metal plate from the old keyboard (with serial no. on) I can include that too

I'm asking £169 + P&P (was £175/£185)

I can add 4mb Ram upgrade for £50 if needed (not available separately)

If you're looking for a C= A1200 I have one here:

As you can see very clean, I carefully and completely stripped down this A1200 for a full once over and to install some goodies

I've noticed whilst removing my ACA1220 from this A1200 for upgrade there is some discoloration where the case joins at the sides and back (mostly FDD side) You can't really see it in the pics but it is worth mentioning to avoid disappointment and due to this I'm also reducing the price.

Thanks for looking.

Hi!

Thanks for your interest, I will check shopping costs to Thailand, I fear it will be very expensive though.

All the best,

Steve.

Yes, is the power supply switched or the old heavy type?

Also, if you have any other Amiga stuff for sale like joystick(s), RGB scart cable, and such, I'm interested in those as well.

I checked various couriers for you. ParcelForce is £73 and FedEx is £84 but this is without extra insurance (default £50-£75 insurance)

There is a 'value' service on ParcelMonkey's site for £60 but they don't say what courier it is, I need to look into more, maybe UPS as sometimes they use UPS. This option only has £20 insurance by default but all can be upgraded.

I don't really have any spare Joysticks, maybe I can find some kind of Gamepad to include FOC, I will have to look

I will check to see if I have a spare RGB Scart lead :)

PSU is the light A1200 type.

Please let me know your thoughts on the shipping prices.

Thanks for checking, I was expecting those prices, no problem.

Being in the business of shipping stuff internationally for the past 10 years or so, think I'll choose FedEx, no extra insurance needed, I'll take the risk. Had some bad experience with ParcelForce, so rather not use them.

Is it possible for you to ship via Registered Airmail (Royal Mail)? I know the online tracking sucks, or is non-existent, but usually more reliable than the fancy shipping services in my experience.

EDIT:

I checked, Registered Airmail is called "International Signed For" at Royal Mail. This means I get limited tracking and you get proof of delivery. There is also "Airsure", not sure what that is. Hmm.... 2kg limit though, this probably go over that? ...Yes, checked more like 4-7kg.

NM, just use FedEx.

Hi, indeed the airmail limit is 2kg and this package will be over 5kg at least, nearer to 10kg!

I recommend FedEx, for sure the most reliable service and online tracking is great.
