Closed A2000 040 or 060 accelerator with RAM

Hello,

As title said I'm looking for one 040 or 060 (full CPUs) based accelerator for A2000 with 32, 64 or 128 MB RAM.

Board must have the "Fallback" mode (to work as a plain 68000) tested to work with motherboards 4.3 & 6.2

I also consider a swap (to be negotiated, of course) with:

Option 1

Mediator 4000D MK-I
Original Spider II USB
Radeon 9250 128MB

Option 2

Mediator 1200 LT4
Original Spider II USB
Indivision AGA 1200 MK-II

Items for swap are in full working order but not boxed.
