I used floppy209 design as a base with his permission to do my version. Ive been on work travel and haven’t had time to make the bom yet, but it’s not difficult to find parts at mouser or digikey using the online schematics and repair manuals available. They list all the original parts and values.

I've got all the passives sorted (although Element14 are taking an eternity with the axial caps)....all the silicon parts are good (74 series etc)....

Any suggestions on the best source of the Zorro and ISA slot edge connectors? I've tried to remove 1 off a donor board, but really very unhappy with the results and would rather simply fit new parts.

You can get the 100 pin connectors at mouser.com currently here: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/571-1-5530843-0 . They are not cheap though. As for the ISA slots I have no idea where to locate any. I've left them out of the last one I built. I also have a shared cart at mouser with most of the passives if you would like to use it. Thanks for sharing both, I found another part previously through Mouser I took a punt on and ordered 1 to try (for the Zorro).

I did have a good solid go at removing the old ones last night, I started with the ISA sockets, and with a bit more care (and determination) I got quite a few of the off so far all undamaged....until my de-solder tool tip broke!

This is the progress on one of the 2 boards, the other just has less ISA sockets fitted...I just want to power it up but Element14 are holding me up!

Sorry, to clarify my last post, the part linked is not a Zorro connector at all, but they are 8 bit ISA.

The first board is now booting , but I have found some issues with the floppy access so far - Im working through it.

Are you going to upload the cad somewhere? I started re-drawing the 2000 schematic in KiCAD a while back but never finished.

And now fully assembled and working! Floppy issue was caused by the external floppy drive (Gotek)

I have a few more in stock since my minimum is 5 I can let a few go. I just ordered another batch as well and expect them by the end of the week. If anyone would like one they are $105 shipped to USA addresses and $110 rest of the world. This includes packing, shipping, paypal fees and the board itself. I can also supply my mouser cart with most of the stuff you need. I salvage the rest from boards I am repairing. These are USA made boards and are deep blue with gold electro plate contacts and traces.

For those wondering what it costs me to get them done I have no problem sharing that. I pay $309 per 5 boards. So I am not doing this to make a profit. I do it so others can benefit from getting a good quality board for a fair price that is tested before leaving the factory and will work if soldered correctly.
