Could someone please tell me how to take a screenshot on an A2000?

I don't have a 2000 ---

But I mostly use QuickGrab:

Have also used CyberGrab:

Have tried Sgrab from aminet, but my problem is that I am not very familiar with the many things that regular Amiga users take for granted, and although I have been able to download the utility (I think), I have been unable to open it, so any advice as to how to actually get these applications to work would be appreciated. I use the Amiga to crreate images with, and consequently am not much of a techie.

SGrab is relatively easy to use , if i get chance ill do a quick video tonight showing how to use it.
