Just checking about your requirements to your sale.
Are you saying if the item comes to me DOA I can’t return this or get a refund from you?

If in the unfortunate event the item arrived DOA, then it would be the sellers responsibility to raise a claim for damages with their chosen courier and offer a refund because the item is listed as working prior to dispatch.

Proof the item was damaged would be required and the buyer must return the damaged goods prior to a refund being issued. Unless the seller states otherwise and tells you not to bother returning.

If the item dies while in use then there's no recourse for such a refund because that's just the way the cookie crumbles with old hardware. Are you ok with this @D94pam ?

Yes, if the fault is mine then obviously the buyer can send the item back for a full refund.
