1- Where can one locate the 74FCT243A IC ? They don't seem to exist... Did you mean 74FCT543A?
2 - are all resistor 1/4 watt?
3 - all caps are ceramic unless specified?
4 - you state all caps are 0805 packaging, but I don't think you can get "5*22uF Alu-Electrolyte" in 0805 packaging.

YES! it is a typo there 74F543 is the correct one!

the lectrolytes is not 0805, there I use EEHZA1V220R
