I'm looking for the requisite custom chips to get an ATX Amiga 4000 system going, one or more of the following:

• Alice 391010-01
• Lisa 391227-01
• Paula 391077-01
• Bridgette 391380-01
• Fat Gary 390540-02
• Ramsey 390541-07
• Super Buster 390539-11
• Two CIA 8520PL 391078-01 or 391078-02

You can try contacting Jens. But last I checked, they don’t hold all of the chips that the OP needs.

I look forward to the day we have ReX for all the chips, especially the hard ones like Amber and Super DMAC and watch the market prices plummet from their stratospheric prices these days.

Hi,
I've bought a complete chipset from these guys (Analogic) before (not at this price though) - It's always worth to phone Raj directly *it's his company*.

They bought +£70k worth of surplus stock when Commodore went under... So that's a longterm vision!

He knocked some £ off the price they were asking. Their stuff is spot on, the only chip that wasn't new was Bridgette. Better than pulling an unknown A4000 apart where the customs may be frazzled, that was my opinion anyways.

Thanks for your suggestions! A lot to look at. I'd call but I'm not sure how much that'd cost me overseas, perhaps an email will suffice.

I'm far too late in the Amiga game for cheap chips .

Doh! It didn't occur to me to look at your location! Sure, email... good choice

Too late in the game? Exactly what I found, bit of bummer - This hobby is far from cheap, but stay tuned, sometimes someone will want to thin down their collection and post on here, but you have to be like a Ninja! The amount of stuff I've missed out on being just to darn slow!
