Found A4000D floppy drive or fascia

Help!

im restoring a 4000 and need the stock floppy drive that goes in the middle bay or a blanking plate so I can cover it up and use a normal size drive in the bottom.

if anyone can help, what can I say, you'll be my flipping hero and will have helped an Amigan restore a system
