A4000D Jumper settings for a standard 030 card?

Hi, I've finished off building an Acill A4000D motherboard but, there's nothing coming on the screen. So, how would the jumper settings be for the standard 030 card and just the 2mb ram all be set out?

For an 3630 CPU card you have to set both jumpers from J100 on INT (1-2). You can set Jumper J214 to 2 MB chip mem.
