A500 Clockport adapter with TF536

Anyone know if an A500 clock port adapter works with a plug in accelerator? Since accelerators disable the onboard 68000 I am in two minds as to whether a clockport adapter in the 68k socket would also be disabled.

Has anyone tried installing both?
