Hi,
good question..i can not guarantee it will (many devices request 020 as minimum) in other hand HC530 runs at 30Mhz frequency, this means there is space for interrupts, so Trident software can perform its requests..
Someone needs to try and let us know..

I may as well ask this in the thread to save you answering multiple times :)

By PM you said to check with a multimeter before powering on. My Rapid Road appears to be the same as yours in the picture with the red wire going to 22. What can I check? Should I get continuity from the 5v power the RR power connector to 5v of the logic chips on the Lockport for example?

I am off to find my meter now!

Yes, just check the power connector on RR: GND & +5V should be not shorted

My apologies, I got sidetracked - Clockport adapter works perfectly. Positive feedback coming.

Wish I could say the same about this piece of crap Rapid Road that just comes up with NAK timeout anywhere from once in a while to constantly :censored:
 
Yes, indeed You are right.. Subway is more robust, shame these are not produced anymore.. Paid 160€ for mine here on Amibay a while ago...this is crazy..

Just out of curiosity do you intend to make more and what about a batch of blue PCBs? My GBA1000 is all blue... lol

So how can I install in A1000 case where sits my GBA1000?
I just read all pages and seems to understand it goes on side connector but needs the case to be cut???
Also I’ve read something about a 90 degree connector, where can I get details about it? How can it help in A1000 case???
 
NO, NO, NO!
Do NOT mix up GBA1000 and A1000
these are different computer Models:
GBA1000 - front bay
A500 left side bay
A1000 (possibly works) in right side bay
if i solder ANGLED CONNECTOR..

This will be not the niciest setup though - adapter will be outside the case
in other hand ACA500/+ are also hanging out of the housing, so yeah, it's Your decision...
