A500 Plus chip mem.

Hello,

I am building a reproduction motherboard and was wondering ( because I can't wait ) if the A500+ will address 2mb chip mem out of the box.
I will have 1mb onboard and a Terrible Fire 030 with 60mb.
Do I have to change any jumpers like with the rev.6A motherboard ?

The A500 Plus Mainboard (Rev 8a) is already able to address 2MB of Chip RAM.
The 2MB of Chip RAM are actually handled by the 8375 Fat Agnus, though, so, if you have a faithful reproduction of an A500+ you only need a 8375 Fat Agnus.
If your question is if 1 MB of RAM of the TF030 will work as Chip RAM the answer is NO. The only RAM that will be used as Chip RAM is that you'll plug to the Trapdoor Slot.
