Closed A500 Sidecar Fast RAM Only Expansion

I'm looking to expand the RAM of my Rev 6A motherboard Amiga 500. It already has an 512KB trapdoor expansion, so I'm looking for one of the sidecar Fast RAM expansions. 8MB would be nice! I got sets of 1x1Mbit DRAM DIP modules and loads of SIMM memory, but for expansions with ZIL modules I'd preffer a populated unit.

I got my storage options covered, so I don't need one with a HDD.

So if you got one spare, or know of one available somewhere; I'd like to know!
