due to financial problems
I have to start selling my AMIGA collection,

2 pieces: 8mb fast ram IDE2

+IDE to CF adapter and 16Gb CF card

I don't know how much it costs, 80eur/pcs +shipping,

the rules are simple:
I send you equipment for testing (5 days),
If you don't like something or it doesn't work THEN
you send the equipment back at your cost
then I refund you the money for the equipment

According to the rules your forum nickname should also be included in that piece of paper.
Moreover you need to set a price on your listing.
You can try searching for similar items sold on AmiBay or elsewhere to get an idea of what a fair price is. If there is no interest you are free to decrease the initial asking price.
You are not allowed to ask others what is the correct price!

This public argument ends now.

Unless the item was purchased here then take it to PM and sort it out there. Otherwise ask admin to step in.

If the item does not work then as a seller you should refund the buyers money

The buyer should put the faulty item in the post using a registered form of shipping.

When the buyer notifies the seller that the item has been shipped (with proof) then the seller can refund their money).

Now sort it out amicably or I'll start banning and the pair of you will get NOTHING.

Choose carefully, am not in the mood to deal with petulant children right now.

I didn't declare my interest, I thought he was Polish like me and we would come to an agreement, unfortunately I made a mistake because the seller cheated on me. I'm just warning you that this seller is not needed on amibay. I have already sold a computer for almost 2000 euros, I sent the goods by bank transfer, everyone is happy, and then I got sad news... that I was deceived.

If it was purchased without declaring interest within the sales thread then you BOTH went against the rules. As such, you are on your own.

Thread locked until further notice.

@Radiance1 Looking at your Atari TT030 thread and the manner of your posts within that thread I can see your membership of AmiBay is going to be very short.

As you've not purchased this through the official method then it's not a problem for us to resolve.

@Cezarykl Your membership could also be very short because AmiBay does not allow for back door deals.

You both need to sort this out between yourselves and both accounts will be watched very closely in future.
Any more behaviour like that shown in this thread and you will both be getting a holiday perhaps even a permanent holiday.

Now stop behaving like spoilt little brats and sort it out.
