Its absolutely amazing that there is nearer 80 units of interest at the moment... I am shocked.

I will worry about funding at the end of the week , going to end this call for interest on this comming Saturday 14th :)

Count one more: 8 boards.

All configured as 4Mb, with possibility to add the remaining via Addmem.

Just one board without memory chips (mine). Since I don't have a PLD programmer cable, I need a semi-assembled board.

Are orders still being taken for this? If so I would like to order one finished unit, configured with the full 8mb of fastmem please. :)

I have an interesting project lined up which specifically doesn't require the PCMCIA expandability!

Guys,

Going to have to pull out of this now as my last A600HD has died :( Just a black screen with caps lock on full, attempted replacement of KS 2.05 chip but to no avail so sorry guys i have no use for the board now.

Hiyas forum chummies,

First I would like to thank everyon whom has shown an interest in this, the better part of 100 units of interest, that pretty amazing.

Personally when I put this together I thought perhaps 20 units, maybe 30, but this level is astounding!

I have been under the weather the last week, however this 100 units is what I will now be talking to Acidrain about.

please bare with me a little longer, as the number is a large one and we can see what we can work out.


TC: my good friend, I do hope you have your soldering irons heating up lol....

@ Zetr0 - Looks like i might be back on, i have had a very kind offer of donation for an A600 board so if all goes well then i`ll be back in for one of those tasty little boards..

Will keep you posted... Oh and also i found a Magni 4004 plus a G2 Systems VC3 in my loft today, i`ll get some piccy`s for you to look at if Miggy video gear is your thing!

Please accept my appologies as I thought I had posted this update,

Heres what I posted on eab.abime.net

the group buy shows and interest in aproximately 100 units, I am in contact with the Russian distributer of the 8MB unit (the newer version with selectable memory setup)

we are looking £30 a unit at the moment the cost could reduce from that pending on manufactoring cost in numbers, but more on this later.

I have been talking with Acidrain on this project, we are close to a deal, just crossing the 't''s and dotting the 'i''s
