Closed A690 CD-ROM drive

Looking for the A690 CD-ROM drive for the A500. It was the predecessor/prototype of the A570.

Drive doesn't even need be able to read discs, as long as it powers on. Thanks!!

Yeah, I've seen that "something" a while ago. If it still had the ROMs I would've bought it, but it's been really scavenged.

hi i know this i a old post , but i see something about the rom , i have the rom as bin file for the a690 pcb , i had back in time a a690 at myn own complete and working , and i have read the rom back to bin file

I have managed to obtain a ROM dump in the mean time, but am still interested in owning an A690. Thank you very much for the offer, though!
