Closed ACA620EC and A604 for Amiga600

As title says looking for ACA620EC CPU card for Amiga 600 and A604 CHIP RAM expansion.
NOT interested in currently available A604n, looking for previous version A604 that includes RTC.
Also interested in whole Amiga 600 system containing the above items.
Also interested in ACA630.

Hi, I have a non-working ACA620EC if you are interested, I will give it to you for free with shipping at your expense if you want. I don't know what happened, it was working and then it didn't give any more signs of life and I don't have the skills to repair it.
