Hi k0x, interested to buy

ACARD 7730A - SCSI to SATA

What is your price with sending to France please ?
Regards

Thanks for answer, I'm not ready at this price for now, have you some stock in the future ?

Interested in one or two pending questions:

Do you know the firmware version of them?

Do you know if they work with the Warp Engine SCSI?

Firwmare version 1.72

It will work on WarpEngine SCSI but it will be not as fast.
You will need 68to50 pin adapter as well.

Fast SCSI 2 controller
  • NCR 53C710 @ 40 MHz

  • 32 bit SCSI host bus DMA interface supporting burst to/from RAM

  • max 10 MB/s synchronous transfer speed

I'm good with 10 MB per second. For some reason Acards 2000SUP's don't work with Warp Engines. The firmware versions are earlier though, so maybe that is it.

As I was worried (based on my experience with other acard solutions I tried with the Warp Engine), this does not work with the warp engine scsi. If anyone has had luck with this Acard on a Warp Engine SCSI let me know, but tested for a while and nothing. Hooked up a scsi2sd rev 6 to the warp engine and booted just fine... I will likely sell it for what I paid for it if I can't get it working.

@matt3k , are you still looking to sell your Acard? I'm in the US as well.
