I have an arcimides A440/1 but no keyboard or mouse for it and I not even pluged it in to see if it boots but I could if ur intrested

Hmm might be interested, finding a keyboard for it might be tricky though.

Sorry for the interference, but is the keyboard any different from an old pc AT DIN keyboard ?

Acorn used their own keyboard and mouse connectors on the A series machines (apart from A7000). It can be quite difficult to obtain keyboards and mice for them.
