Good Morning My Fellow Amibayers :-)

Now I have sourced a Plus 1 for my Electron, I am now needing a Disk Drive interface for my Elk.

I know it might be a long shot, but I am hoping that someone my have a Advanced PRES Plus 3 or Plus 4 Interface in their collection, they are willing to part with :-)

With a 3.5 Inch Disk Drive, would be great but the stand alone unit will be useful as I will get a 3.5 inch compatible drive made :-)

Thanks as always for you help and support in advance :-)

I have taken up Bryce's very kind offer to build a slogger for me :-) Item has now been found

I can sort a drive out for you buddy, if you want Bryce to mail it to me then I can shove the ADFS rom in there for you too.

:)

I am sorting out the ROMs and drive for him too, but if you can get a drive to him for cheaper (they're heavy), then maybe he should take that offer up instead. Then I'd just send him the board and cable.

Bryce.

Hi Guys, Just sent a PM to Bryce, and as TC has the Elk to post on as well :-) I will take up TC's kind offer to sort out the 3.5 inch floppy drive for the Slogger Board :-)

Gentleman you are both legends and owe you both a pint :-)

Careful! I'm actually in your neighbourhood on occassions. I might turn up on your door-step looking for that pint :D

Hi Guys,
regarding the PCB error on the Pegasus boards, here's a picture of where it was and a picture from under my microscope of the actual unwanted bridge.
(For others who might also have one of these NOS Pegasus boards they intend to build. Beware, there are manufacturing mistakes on some of the close tracks. Do a good visual check before you start filling the PCB with components!)

All finished and tested. Here's what's going in tomorrows post...
