Decided as my Scsi cd doesnt work anymore, I'd try and and add an Ide one to my 1200.
Already have a Fastata fitted, with a Cf Card hanging off the 44 pin connector.
Ive bought: This a CD drive (from otherbay though)
http://www.amazon.com/QSI-SCR242-SLIM-CD-ROM-DRIVE/dp/B003FDFWYI
A 50 PIN JAE Laptop CD ROM DVD-ROM Slim CD-RW to IDE Adapter PATA - UK seller
Ebay BIN
I have a power splitter already in my 1200 giving a spare fdd power connector.
And an IDE cable. (plugged into the 2nd 40 pin connector)
That should be everything shouldnt it?
As the Fastata Drivers are installed, it should just be a case of sticking a Cd Filesystem in L and it will all work software wise?
Thanks
Chris
