Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh lost cables

I'm still trying to locate my USB floppy drive and an ATX PSU that has Stedy's adapter for A500 plug. They're probably both in the same one of the numerous unpacked moving boxes that we still have. Just not in any of the ones that I've checked.

Maybe I really should get cracking with the upstairs renovation so that we can unpack the remaining boxes. They've been like that for three years. :double

I lost my keys on the streets :wooha: and it is mircle that I found it in 25 mins by going up and down plus round the bend of the road!

Ahhh, at last! Tidy cables...

I bought a box of elastic bands and spent the last hour tying up every cable I could find and sorting them into boxes where I will find them in future and they wont be tangled up

I know... It's such a first world problem

Lost my fone somewhere in livingroom or bedroom as cant explain how it gone as one mins I had it on my hand and next mins I am looking for it :double

I have a bazillion of those velcro cable tidies. Every RF cable, Scart lead, Controller, PSU etc etc has been bundled up into individual tangle free bundles, then put into shoeboxes with all related cables and, if it will fit, the relevant console. These are then stored in one of two places - I have a chest at the end of the bed with all the shoeboxes in and if it won't fit in a shoebox, then it goes in the wardrobe in a large platic tub.

I also have one of those plastic washing up bowls (you know, the pointless ones which you put inside your perfectly good sink, thereby reducing its capacity by upto 60%) full of again individually bundled PC-related cables. That's about the lot.

It wasn't always that way though - A lifetime of what's been described in preceding posts has led to that.
