I've replied your PM, and have to withdraw my interest on the Falcon due to lack of funds, but still would love to see some pics of the machine!

I will follow the advice and try to mod a 1040stfm case, so I put my interest on the one for sale (not the blue top one ), can you post some pics of the case top and bottom?

No problem. I'm still trying to figure out which co-processor is inside, but I'm guessing it's a 68882.

I'll take a picture of the casing in a sec.

If you have "pick up" somewhat the lower case, then the upper who is the most important, can be replaced with the upper one of an st. The only difference is the atari logo, that with hot-air and patience can also be changed.

Fully understandable and shipping heavy stuff like this half way around the world is indeed an expensive hobby.

For anyone wondering (or to get a reference), shipping 5-10kg outside the EU costs an approx of 60,- euro and I can't seem to find a cheaper solution.

Actually cause of my recent purchase from Jon Hare, the Falcon had to go to a new owner (Portuguese friend of mine) as so the new case will follow him...

Okay people, you were all very friendly in helping me get rid of most of my stuff, now the last few parts need to go and I've added some Atari related MIDI devices which are also obsolete.
