Closed Amiga 1000 LED

i'm looking for both a Power and Floppy-LED for the frontplate of my Amiga 1000.

The LEDs are sized 6.5mm x 2.5 mm but i didn't find a shop to buy these... i remember someone told me they are from "Kingbright" or "Knightbright" ...
