Maybe there was supposed to be another box, does it say something like 1 of 2 on the shipping label? Might also say on the tracking info (if you have it)

You've clearly only had one parcel delivered so far then - there are two, basically the tower in one and everything else in the other.

Could have given me a chance to reply to your PM before reporting it all as "missing" and needing to be "resolved"

Why on earth they'd split a consigment of 2 parcels mind is beyond me! And it was meant to be 24 hours (though they say it's "not guaranteed").
