Update:
I received mine A1200 today from the other ad (rev 1b) of this seller, tested to boot screen, no time for more right now.
He said that he will replace advertised mobo (1b) with the other one, but NOT from this Amiga (as he initialy stated) because he have more of them.
Outside condition as advertised.
So far so good , me happy
