I have everything you need (except the 3.1 roms)

But shipping will be in the region of £60-£70 as the Elbox Power Tower I have is very very heavy.

It's in good condition with Keyboard adapter, PSU, PSU-Amiga adapter, LED adapters, PCMCIA angle adapter. Includes the manual too... I'd be looking for appox £100 + P&P
