Does the empty case include the drive bays? (sheet metal that holds floppies and HD)

Are the two floppy drives still available? If so, could you calculate shipping costs to Norway? Also is it possible that you could ship only the two drives without the 5.25" bay to save shipping costs?
I know syd asked about these before I did, but I'm just asking in case he didn't want them after all.
